At Furry Tag, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Furry Tag, you may return it within 30 days of shipment, provided it has not been used.
The tag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The tag must not be linked with any Furry Tag account
The original packaging should be intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@furrytag.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item meets our conditions, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
If the item is defective, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed, and a full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
